# IntegrateWise Doctrine

> IntegrateWise doctrine sets the invariants and non-goals that everything the company builds must respect: connected work, context, governance, continuity.

IntegrateWise doctrine sets the invariants and non-goals that every product decision must respect. It is the shortest version of what we are building and, just as importantly, what we are not.

## Invariants

* **Connected work is the product.** The unit of value is unified context and shared operating surface, not any one integration or feature.
* **Humans and AI share the same context.** Twin and agents are not a separate app. They live in the same workbench, over the same Spine.
* **Every action is a capability.** Nothing writes to a source system except through governed capabilities with receipts.
* **Continuity is non-negotiable.** Context, memory, and handoffs persist across people, agents, and sessions.

## Non-Goals

* We are not another CRM, ticketing tool, or vertical SaaS app.
* We are not a "chat with your data" wrapper.
* We are not a low-code workflow builder.
