# Legal Agents: Twin and Domain Specialists

> Meet the AI agents operating in the Legal domain, including Twin and specialized domain agents for contracts, compliance, and risk.

Agents in the Legal domain extend Twin and the core agent network with specializations for counsel, compliance, and contracts management. They share the same Spine Fabric context and communicate through governed handoffs.

## Twin

Twin is your personal AI operator. In the Legal domain, Twin assembles contract and matter context, drafts clauses, flags risks, proposes next steps, and coordinates with other agents.

## Core Agents

* **Discovery Agent:** identifies anomalies in legal data, such as contracts without renewal dates or missing policy owners.
* **Triage Agent:** routes incoming legal requests to the right matter queue or contracts owner.
* **Schema Agent:** maintains entity mappings across Ironclad, DocuSign, Salesforce, and Jira.

## Domain Agents

* **Contracts Agent:** extracts key terms, compares drafts to templates, and tracks negotiation stages.
* **Compliance Agent:** maps regulations to controls, checks audit readiness, and flags regulatory gaps.
* **Risk Agent:** scores vendor and contract risks, surfaces deviations, and monitors mitigation progress.
* **Matter Agent:** manages intake tasks, deadline reminders, and matter status updates.
* **Policy Agent:** tracks policy versions, attestation windows, and publication status.

  Domain agents do not act autonomously on write operations. They propose, and a practitioner or Twin approves.
