# Spine Fabric: The Contextual Substrate

## Overview

Spine Fabric is the core architectural moat of IntegrateWise. It is **not** a raw database or ETL pipe. It is the living operational model of an organization that continuously ingests, links, normalizes, and projects business truth.

## Four-Flow Architecture

1. **Flow A (Structured Synchronization)**: Real-time webhooks and scheduled polling for accounts, deals, tickets, and tasks.
2. **Flow B (Unstructured Context & Evidence)**: Document ingestion, meeting notes, transcripts, and slack messages linked directly to anchor entities.
3. **Flow C (Cognitive Memory & Continuity)**: Dynamic user interaction tracking, quiet signals, and 3-tier memory.
4. **Flow D (Platform Binding & Projections)**: Zero-lag materialized projections serving the Workbench UI, AI Twin, and external MCP hosts.
