# SpineWorkspace: Human and AI Work on One Governed Context

> SpineWorkspace is a business continuity workspace where humans and AI share governed business context through two workbenches, one continuity layer.

SpineWorkspace is a business continuity workspace that connects fragmented human work and fragmented AI work through a shared, governed business context. It allows humans and AI to work toward the same business goals while preserving human authority, protecting canonical truth, and maintaining continuity across tools, systems, agents, and time.

## Two Workbenches, One Context

SpineWorkspace is not a single interface with AI bolted on. It is one continuity layer with two working surfaces. Humans have their view: domain projections, self-organizing tasks, live business context assembled from every connected system. AI has its own working surface: a space to reason, propose, draft, and execute, grounded in the exact same governed context. Both operate on the same truth. Neither is second-class.

## What the Human Sees

    Source systems stay the record of truth. Proposals, drafts, and AI outputs live in the operational layer until a human approves them.

## What the AI Sees

Agents and Twin do not interact through prompts pasted into chat windows. They interact through the Spine Fabric: the same live model of accounts, contracts, tickets, emails, and decisions. When an agent proposes a forecast adjustment, it does so because it sees the same pipeline, the same support escalations, and the same product signals you do. Its proposals are grounded, not guessed.

<Note>
  AI memory operates within a larger continuity model. Business continuity is the durable, governed memory of the business. AI memory works inside it, bounded by it, and never replaces it.
</Note>

## Capabilities Under Governance

Every action in SpineWorkspace, whether initiated by a human or proposed by AI, runs through governed execution. Capabilities are authorized, scoped, and receipted. Source systems receive only approved writes. The workspace protects canonical truth by separating operational drafts from committed outcomes.

## Why This Changes Work

* You stop switching tabs. The workspace assembles the full picture.
* You stop briefing colleagues. Handoffs carry the full context.
* You stop trusting AI blindly. Every proposal is inspectable and approvable.
* You stop losing history. Every decision and receipt stays attached.
