The AI Workbench is where Twin works alongside you in the Legal domain. Twin reads the same context graph you do, so its suggestions are grounded in real contract language, matter history, and policy rules.
  • Context Assembly: when you open a contract, Twin gathers related agreements, negotiation history, party profiles, and approval chains into a summary at the top of the page.
  • Clause Drafting: Twin can suggest fallback language, compare clauses to precedent, and draft amendments based on the contract type and risk profile.
  • Risk Flagging: Twin highlights terms that deviate from standard templates, exceed approved thresholds, or conflict with current policy.
  • Delegation: Twin can hand off tasks to domain agents, such as asking the Compliance Agent to check regulatory applicability or the Contracts Agent to extract key terms.

Example: Risk Review

You open a vendor agreement drafted in Ironclad. Twin surfaces three deviations from the standard template: unlimited liability, auto-renewal without notice, and a governing law clause in a non-preferred jurisdiction. It links to the relevant policy sections and suggests fallback language. You accept or edit each suggestion before sending to approval.
