Spine Fabric assembles the Personal domain by ingesting from your connected accounts, normalizing entities and events, and rendering the workbench when you open it. The domain is a live projection, not an offline copy.

Sources and Scopes

The main sources are Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Notion, Linear, and personal task systems. Each source is scoped to your personal account and the workspaces you authorize.

Event Sequence

  1. Ingest: An email arrives, a meeting is scheduled, or a task is updated.
  2. Normalize: Spine Fabric maps the native event to a canonical entity.
  3. Link: Related entities are connected. An email links to a meeting invite; a task links to a Slack thread.
  4. Enrich: Additional context is attached. A meeting gains prep notes; a task gains related messages.
  5. Project: The domain view is rendered when you open the workbench.

Projections

  • Today: meetings and prioritized tasks for the current day.
  • Inbox: unprocessed emails, messages, and pings.
  • Commitments: tracked promises with reminder dates.
