The Human Resources domain in SpineWorkspace serves as the unified command center for people operations and talent management. It is projected from the same Spine Fabric that powers every other domain, so HR data stays consistent with source systems and available to agents without siloed copies. The HR operating model is built around three practitioner roles: recruiters who manage pipelines and offers, HR business partners (HRBPs) who advise teams on people matters, and People Ops specialists who run programs like onboarding and reviews. Each role accesses the same Spine Workbench but sees domain views scoped to their responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full talent lifecycle from requisition to offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate people data and enforce policy compliance.
  • Run performance review and compensation cycles on schedule.
  • Coordinate interview loops and hiring decisions.
  • Process employee changes, transfers, and terminations.

KPIs

  • Time-to-fill for open requisitions.
  • Offer acceptance rate and candidate NPS.
  • Review cycle completion rate.
  • Onboarding task completion by Day 1 and Day 30.
  • Policy attestation coverage percentage.

Non-Goals

  • Payroll processing (handled by the Finance domain projection).
  • IT asset provisioning (handled by IT, triggered via workflow handoff).
  • Executive coaching or individual development planning outside review cycles.
